Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Rings
Carefully place the jewelry in its original display box and secure it inside a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it securely to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
